"I have had State Farm for years and when dealing with an Agent about a new 6 month policy, once I’m given a number it has never kept increasing. I just moved here 3 weeks ago and Jessica has given me 3 different quotes. My policy was finally set for $240/mo and that is what I paid last month for my new 6 month policy . I receive an email saying it’s now $459 for the next month. I call and inquire about why my bill keeps changing. Seems to me that she/ they are incompetent here at this Woodbridge location. I have never had this issue with state farm in all the years I’ve been with them . Absolutely ridiculous!"

"I'm writing this review because the unprofessionalism of Tim Taylor and his agency. I was actively insured through him as my agent for renters and auto but due to their reasoning they deemed me uninsurable through auto. This would be fine as it is their right, IF they had contacted me in anyway about this instead of letting my insurance lapse. I was contacted in no way and only found out when I went to check my policy and make a payment. I would suggest finding a different agent."

"Terrible service. Tim takes days to respond, only to tell you that he'll get to it tomorrow (which is a lie, because it'll take him another couple days). Took him a week to tell me why my bill doubled without any notice, and then he couldn't provide any specifics. I've now been waiting over two weeks for him to get my coverage canceled and refunded. Don't waste your time here, he will do nothing but frustrate you. Find a different insurer"
